Year 2 leavers assembly
Willow and Sycamore classes entertained parents, family, staff and pupils with their leavers assembly. Mr Paice (the head of Farnham Common Junior School) and some of the Governors were also present.
Some of the children were dressed in costumes from around the world and others showed artwork representing the countries of the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and South Africa. Mrs Wood continues to amaze everyone with her skill at producing fantastic costumes - including kimonos and soldiers' uniforms!
All the children were involved in a variety of dances, songs and rhymes. The Carribean story of 'Anansi and the pool' was acted out with the story narrated by children.
