Here is just a small selection of the Reception art work.
Beech and Chestnut classes used a variety of media for their artwork - paint, collage, chalk.. The classes also looked at a different work from a famous artist each day - including landscapes and portraits, old and modern.

Henri Rousseau's 'Tiger in a tropical storm - surprised!' inspired these collages in both classes.

Children painted their flowers and then used weaving techniques to make the vases.
String was glued on to the paper and then the children painted a pattern.
