This letter is an extract from the school prospectus for 2007 - 2008

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in our school and for taking the time to have a look through our school's prospectus.  This is an important document because it will help you to find out a bit more about our school, its policies and what we hope to offer your child at the beginning of their school life.

This school has a strong and dedicated team of teachers and support staff.  Standards of teaching are high at this school, but more importantly, our children are happy and well adjusted to school life. The school is a warm and caring and inclusive school which works closely with parents to help each child achieve their full potential.  When you send your child to this school we will focus on the child as a whole.  We aim to help them mix well with other children and communicate with adults in a pleasant, caring environment that is conducive to learning.  It is our belief that social skills are just as important as academic ones.

From a personal point of view I am very proud to be associated with Farnham     Common   Infant School .   My own three children have attended this school, and although each of them has very different characteristics, all three were incredibly happy and flourished.  As a parent, not just chair of governors, I am confident that you will find this to be the case for your own child.
