Children's views on how to keep healthy

The children were asked about what they thought made them healthy  Here are some of their views.

 

Reception pupils

" I eat apples and drink milk and water"

"I sleep in bed"

"I have carrots"

" I like tomatoes and skipping. This keeps me healthy"

"Walking keeps me healthy"

"I eat cabbage, carrots and cauliflower"

"Swimming lessons make me healthy"

" Bananas, apples, pears, fish, water, brown bread all keep me healthy"

 

Year One

"Skipping, drinking and jumping"

"Exercise, sleep, eat healthy food"

"Carrots, weights, running"

"Eating apples and trampolining"

"Eating fruit and playing tennis"

"Fruit and a healthy lunch"

"I eat carrots and skip"

 

Year Two

"Eating, swimming, running, drinking and sleeping"

"Tennis, eating fruit and running"

"Eating fruit, doing exercise and eating less chocolate"

"I play with a ball so my legs are healthy and I do starjumps"

"I do ballet and paly tennis"

"I need to eat fruit, go running more and to sleep more"

" I eat a healthy lunch, lift weights, ride my bike and jump"

 

 

 

The children were also asked about who they thought helped them to keep healthy.
