This school is netsmart because:

Pupils never send anyone their individual picture without permission from a teacher/parent/carer. Back to top

Pupils will never respond to any e-mails or postings Usenet Groups without the supervision of a teacher. Back to top
Pupils know that the teacher and the Internet service provider will check the sites they have visited. Back to top
Pupils are told that they will not be able to use the Internet if they deliberately misuse it. Back to top
The staff understand that information on the Internet may not always be reliable and sources may need checking. Web sites may be sponsored by advertisers. Back to top
Who signs ?
This Code of Practice is sent home in the Autumn term to all parents of pupils in Year 2. The parents are asked to discuss the code before signing on behalf of their son/ daughter.No pupil is permitted to use the Internet without parental signature beforehand. Back to top
